Hi, I’m François Giroux, a Canadian fine art landscape photographer based in Sackville, New Brunswick.
After a career in design and advertising, a serious genetic condition forced me to rethink the rhythm of my life. What began as bike rides through the Tantramar Marshes with a camera phone gradually became something much deeper—a creative practice that helped me heal, and reconnect with the landscape around me. I hope my work helps you find a connection and perhaps recall a place or a moment held in memory.
The Essential Collection is a distilled selection of images that define my current creative direction and relationship with the landscape.. It reflects the core of my work.

The Gallery gathers photographs shaped by the places and rhythms that guide my work. Together they move through marsh grass, coastal life, winter stillness, and moments found while travelling. Each gallery reflects a different path, but all are rooted in the act of returning, looking closely, and making photographs over time.
